Allen Floyd, Director of Employment Services, joined The Rehabilitation Institute team recently. He has over 20 years of management experience in the healthcare and financial industries. He also has 10 years experience as a licensed healthcare administrator in which he assisted in developing and implementing a sheltered-workshop.  At another facility, he assisted in developing and implementing a special care unit for HIV/AIDS residents. He has a strong background in regulatory compliance, risk management, loss mitigation, resource management and process improvements.  He earned his Masters of Science in Management from Baker University. When not at The Institute, you might find him playing racquetball, basketball, reading, grilling or watching football and basketball.
