We'd like to invite ALL parents of Piedmont Baseball & Softball to attend a free, interactive workshop sponsored by The Center for Sports Medicine at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children on the evening of Wednesday, May 23^rd.  See attached flyer for details.

The workshop has been customized specifically for you, parents of the throwing athlete, and will focus on:

·        throwing mechanics

·        prevention of overuse injuries involving the shoulder and elbow

·        sports nutrition and it's link to maximum performance

·        exercises to maximize strength, stability and flexibility
