Wine Food Experiment

Have you ever wondered what wines to pair with certain dishes? On Wednesday, April 27th at 6:00PM, Feast Magazine's STLwinegirl Angela Ortmann and Chandler Hill Vineyards' Michael Kennedy will be bringing you a unique food and wine pairing experiment that will help you answer this question!  Angela and Michael will serve you a selection of four wines, along with four courses of carefully chosen dishes. You will have the opportunity to learn about the flavor components of each individual wine, along with each dish. With each dish, you will be asked to taste each wine and decide for yourself which wine pairs best. We will then discuss why these flavors compliment each other, or perhaps why they may seem to clash. This evening will be sure to surprise your palate and add some confidence to your future wine and food pairings!

Price is $35 per person, not including tax and gratuity.

Wine Club Member Price: $30

Reservations are Required. Limited Space Available.

Call (636) 798-2675 for more information or to make reservations. You may also make reservations by emailing Michael@ChandlerHillVineyards.com
