Chandler Hill Vineyards is extremely pleased to welcome back Fio, one of the most renowned chefs in the country and the former owner of Fio's La Fourchette.

 

It only happens once every year or so and this Saturday, Fio returns to Chandler Hill

with a delectable offering of mouth-watering selections, all of which pair perfectly

with our Missouri and West Coast wines.

 

 

Fio's Palate Teasers

PEI mussels with Dijon mustard sauce
Rosemary-citrus venison
Free-range veal and  pistachio pate
Balsamic marinated mushrooms with fresh herbs

 

First Course

Pan roasted diver scallops and cured Hawaiian hamachi
on sauteed fennel and capers

 

Main Course
Rendezvous of Pressed New Zealand lamb rack w/apricot mustard glaze and Braised American bison shortribs w/rosemary-olive oil sauce

Homemade tomato pasta lasagna layered with spinach, mushroom & zucchini

 

Dessert
Award-winning four-layer white chocolate toffee torte w/fresh berries

Petit Fours

Swiss cookies, chocolate petit fours and berry tartlettes


The entire evening is yours in front of Chandler Hill's magnificent fireplace for $89 per person (plus tax & gratuity).
