Monday, February 14 It's always a romantic time at Chandler Hill but this evening promises to be extra special.  Be sure to make plans to join us with your "special someone" in our beautiful tasting room in front of our giant fireplace. Along with Valentine's music, your evening fare will include: A complimentary glass of sparkling wine Lobster Salad w/teardrop tomatoes, Hearts of Palm & Cilantro-Avocado dressing. Garlic Seared Beef Tenderloin w/Cracked Pepper (served with a reduction of Cabernet Sauvignon & Oyster Mushrooms) Rack of Lamb or Trout Almondine (lightly dusted w/flour, sauteed and finished in a brown butter sauce with toasted almonds) Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Shallot Vinaigrette Lemon-Butter Green Beans w/Pine Nuts Classic Coeur a la Creme w/Raspberry Coulis & fresh Raspberries  $120 per couple includes Wine of Your Choice.
