Bissinger's Chocolate & Wine Tasting! February 12th It's that time of year again for our Annual Bissinger's Chocolate and Wine Tasting! Saturday, February 12th 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM $49.00 per Person Join us Saturday, February 12th for an unforgettable evening with Bissinger's Master Chocolatier Terry Wakefield as he presents his award winning Chocolates paired with the best of Chandler Hill's wines. This evening will also be the premier of two of Chandler Hill's Newest wines; Chandler Hill Owner's Reserve Pinot Noir 2009 Willamette Valley Oregon, and Special Cellar 2009 Dundee Hills Oregon Pinot Noir, as well as our 2007 Zinfandel, 2007 Cabernet Red Hills, 2008 Reserve Cabernet and our 2008 California Port. We will also be offering hors d'oeuvres of Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms and Spring Rolls before the tasting and our Artisan Cheese Platter and Bacon Wrapped Shrimp following the tasting. Valentine's Day Dinner! February 14th! Valentine's Day Dinner - February 14th Join us on February 14th for Valentine's Day! Reservations begin at 6PM. The night will feature a gourmet dinner from Chef Darren Garmer and live music from Arville and Dawn from 6:30-8:30. We will start you off with a glass of our Sparkling Wine from California, followed by Lobster Parfait with Teardrop Tomatoes, Hearts of Palm and Cilantro-Avocado Dressing. The Entree will feature your choice of Rack of Lamb or Trout Almondine accompanied by Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Shallot Vinaigrette and Lemon Butter Green Beans with Pine Nuts. For Dessert we will be offering Classic Coeur a la Creme with Raspberry Coulis and Fresh Raspberries. The dinner will be $120 per couple, which includes the above courses and a glass of Sparkling Wine. Drinks, Tax and Gratuity are not included. Reservations are Required.
