Dinner includes a three course meal beginning with your choice of Tomato Basil or Curried Butternut Squash soup, Followed by your choice of one entree: Grilled Orange Ginger Salmon fillet glazed with fresh orange juice and gingeroot reduction, Pork Tenderloin with Mustard cream sauce, or Crab Cakes with plum vinaigrette. Each entree will be accompanied by wild rice pilaf and a side of vegetables and for dessert each guest will receive a slice of peach pumpkin pie.
