| Chandler Hill Vineyards October Newsletter |
|
Greetings from Chandler Hill Vineyards,
As of last month we decided to send out our newsletter monthly so we can communicate with our customers in a more timely fashion.
As we enter our busiest season, we hope to be ready for the crowds. We have added to our service staff and bar; the kitchen will periodically be serving grilled items down by the picnic tables with an access now off the deck to the vineyards; we also will have more security staff to handle parking issues.
Chandler Hill has purchased a new awning system that will cover most of the deck. It will allow us more space and make things more comfortable. Most importantly, we will be able to use during wet periods.
Andy Kohn and I just returned from another successful West Coast trip. The quality of our West Coast wines continues to improve. We just purchased more than 1,000 gallons of 2009 Reserve Napa Mountain Cabernet and Merlot, which promises to be fantastic. The wines are from wineries that consistently have ratings from Robert Parker of 92 points plus. We also are currently working with Oregon Pinot Noir Wineries on some wonderful wines.
If you don't know, we have been running a special of six or more bottles of our 2004 Cabernet and 2007 Chardonnay, so please don't miss out on this great deal.
Hope to see everyone in October!!! Cheers, Chuck
