Do you resolve to become more involved in your community this year? If so, you are in luck! Each
month at Alternatives For Girls, we open our doors and invite our
community in to get to know us. We introduce ourselves, show visitors
our home and share stories and experiences about what we do on the
streets of Detroit, here at AFG and with our partners and friends.
It's a way for us to share our history and mission, and show how positive choices lead to powerful lives.
In just one hour, visitors receive a brief overview of AFG, take a
guided tour of our West Grand Boulevard home, and meet me, our CEO,
Amanda (Amy) L. Good, MSW.
Guests are never asked for a donation. We simply want to welcome you to
a learning, perhaps bonding, experience with Alternatives For Girls.
