Our Mission

The mission of Modern B.A.G. Ladies is to provide women with their daily dose of

Believe vitamin and charge women to

Act, because women deep down desire to

Go to places they thought were only in their dreams

We will spread our new found joy, shred our own and other's fears and just have more fun.  We are real! We are not yes ladies!  We are OH YES Ladies and it feels pretty damn good!

Today MBAGL fuels your Believe Act Go Traveling Sanctuary with periodic emails.  Sometimes with thoughts to ponder, other times we will challenge you to act and we will absolutely provide some get real, fun information.  Our future is only limited to the dreams we can dream.  So get ready for the ride because we can have some pretty outrageous dreams sometimes.

Project Traveling Sanctuary - A MBL Experiment
An experiment in keeping the fuels burning for our fellow B*A*G Ladies and others as well.

When we get so busy and wrapped up in our own lives we usually stay in our own safe lane and reserve all of our fuel for ourselves.  The simple truth is that when we share our fuel and open our lane to be the traveling sanctuary for others we are creating the most eco-friendly, renewable fuel available on this earth.

Like I said this is an experiment and Kim has broken out the sewing machine.  The family always wonders when mom breaks out the sewing machine.

Uniquely You & Handmade
ete
Modern B*A*G Ladies carry their fuel with them, so they need a handbag that's uniquely them.

Personally, my favorite handbag I have ever had was made by ete handbags. I wanted to share their products with you, so Sarah and Barbara will be joining us on the 17th.

(Minneapolis, MN) When it comes to quitting your day job and following a passion, Sarah Reinbold and Barbara Mangold have it in the bag - a handbag that is. A chance meeting at a local fabric store in 2004 led to the formation of their incredibly successful design-your-own-handbag business they call été.

And sew it began... When Sarah, a former dietician and fabrics fanatic, met Barbara, a former civil engineer and sewing enthusiast, they thought it would be fun to start their own baby bag business. They offered a few different fabric varieties for the inside and outside of the bags, but let their customers do most of the designing. Then Sarah and Barbara would assemble the bag and voilà!
