Bless Your Breasts December Affirmation

My breasts represent my femininity; a miraculous aspect of me which I must always remember.
Today, I consciously and lovingly acknowledge my breasts. As I show love to my breasts, they are never forgotten.

Message from Vickie

This month's affirmation speaks to the need to be more loving & conscious of our breasts.  Many times women can't remember to care for their breasts because the love-connection hasn't been made with their breasts.  This affirmation helps women to feel more comfortable with their breasts ( no matter what size) so that the breasts start to get the message of love that they are "too often" missing.  MIRACLE MAMMARY!!!

December 9, 2008
Greetings!

Lampe's stockings are hung by the fireplace with care, gifts are bought, no more to wrap.  NOT!  I'm giving you a load of *rap.  Usually the house is decorated the weekend of Thanksgiving, but not this year.  After 3 consecutive years of fair weather Holiday tree hunting and cutting, last weekend was dang cold, hence postponement of tree hunting and decorating. Besides I was recovering from a house full of guests, which was great, but I needed some rest.

Let me tell you about the first tree outing in Minnesota 10 years ago.  It was 65 degrees.  Can you believe it?

Hold on, hold on, let's just stop right there.

Oh my gosh, I almost went down that dreaded road of a 3 page holiday letter that goes inside a Holiday card. My parents get one from a family from "back home" every year.  Let's just say after a few decades of receiving their, "let me catch you up on all my children's and their children's milestones from the past year in one letter" letter, my parent could have compiled them into a novel.

I don't know about you but if I am going to read 3 pages of anything it has to fall into a few categories, A) a book that comes highly recommended, B) interesting magazine/newspaper article, C) a letter from a loved one, or D) required reading, which by the way does not include appliance owner's manuals.  Oh, by the way this newsletter only counts as one page, hint hint.

This week I want to introduce you to some fun and useful Blogs.  Pull up a chair, grab your favorite cup of something and take a peek. I have to admit that you can spend hours searching for blogs that are your kind of fuel, but when you find those few that really do the trick they are well worth reading AND the posts are usually good for a quick fuel boost (less than 500 words or so).

BLOG -  a journal that is available on the web. The activity of updating a blog is "blogging" and someone who keeps a blog is a "blogger." Blogs are typically updated daily using software that allows people with little or no technical background to update and maintain the blog.
Spreading my own Joy. Shredding my own Fear.  Have my own Fun VIA MY BLOG.   IT'S MY FORM OF SELF THERAPY BY SHARING MY OWN STRUGGLES, INSIGHTS and BRAIN DUMPS.

This Week's B*A*G Challenge

Expose yourself to non mainstream media by taking the less traveled scenic route

Just because it is popular and mainstream, doesn't mean it is the best, most entertaining information, news or entertainment available.

You can search for some worthwhile good stuff or you can numb yourself with busyness and television.

  • Start with your something that you love.  Cooking, books, travel, photograph, scrapbooking etc etc.
  • Google it
  • Browse the book store
  • Pick up free magazines
  • Meet new adventerous people, ask them questions about places and things
  • Go see a play or comedy act

THE WORLD IS YOUR OYSTER, or B*A*G rather!!!
