The longer you know people, the more you come to realize how easy it can be to judge others. You see more good come out of people and realize the person you thought to be their true selves wasn't that person at all. I have to warn you. Some people in our lives, including ourselves, are here to strengthen our patience. THIS GIVES ME HOPE FOR MYSELF AND ANYBODY THAT IRRITATED ME TODAY.
Your B.A.G. Challenge (This one's all about SHREDDING FEAR)
- Acknowledge anytime this week you complain, worry, had your feelings hurt or hurt somebody else. What is your Belief about fears that may be driving these feelings or behavior?
- Your Action could be to make a mental or physical note whenever fear appears.
- You may find some areas in your life that fear appears more than others. Go to one reoccurring fear and create your own Believe Act Go challenge to help you become more aware of it's origin and Go to a place of understanding.
A little self disclosure about myself. Most of my fears reside with raising my children. I will write more about my role as a mother this week. My son, he demands a lot of attention, but when I am patient with him, OH Yes the joy .
I met a real OH Yes Lady recently and as she says, "Small Changes = Big Benefits" Thank goodness.
