FUN. WITH A SPLASH OF CONFIDENCE.

Every day, children learn the basics of swimming at the Y.  Ourswim girl progressive lessons turn beginners into experts and polliwogs into sharks, while building endurance, self-confidence, and coordination at the same time.

We ensure a low instructor-to-student ratio to make sure your kids get plenty of personal attention; one instructor for every six preschoolers, and one instructor for every eight youths.  And remember, our Parent/Child lessons introduce infants and toddlers to the water using exploratory techniques.

Click here to view the swim lesson schedule.  We are sure to have something to meet your schedule and your child's needs.

Registration starts February 13th.  Classes start February 27th.

Bring your kids to the Y for swim lessons and watch them learn life lessons, too.

TRX - SUSPENSION TRAINING

Experience it here!  Use your own bodyweight and gravity to develop balance, flexibility, and strength using this new form of exercise.

Ask any Y Wellness Center Staff for a TRX orientation.

Coming soon...TRX classes in March.

AQUA ZUMBA

We have moved the party into the POOL...the Zumba party that is!  Monday nights at 6:30 p.m., Aqua Zumba, come check it out.

WE'RE HERE FOR YOU

At the Y, strengthening community is our cause.  The Y servesorange family three crucial areas of focus to help our communities learn, grow and thrive.

The Y is for Youth Development.

The Y is for Healthy Living.

The Y is for Social Responsibility.

The Y serves the entire community and is open to everyone.  Donors enable the YMCA, a charitable, non-profit, 501(c)3 organization, to offer a financial assistance program for those individuals and families in need.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Strong Communities annual giving campaign in 2011.  Together, you provided opportunities to 449 individuals and families with $152,309 in assistance to allow them to participate in Y membership and vital programs like child care, swim lessons, and leadership development for teens.

Please consider making an investment in your community in 2012 by making the Y your charity of choice.  Make a secure donation by clicking here.
