HEALTHY KIDS DAY | | |
Saturday, April 16 at Carrollton Nike Park 
10:00 am to 1:00 pm
The YMCA and Isle of Wight Parks & Recreation invite the community to Healthy Kids Day in the Park. This free family event will be packed with games, activities, a DJ, a giant obstacle course, moon bounce, and free hot dog lunch to the first 500 guests. Enjoy fresh popped popcorn while meeting
local fire, rescue and police personnel, the IOW County fair queens, and various medical professionals.
Kids - bring your Easter baskets and enjoy the Easter Egg Hunt. Egg hunt for kids 5 and under begins at 11 am, for kids age 6 to 12 egg hunt will follow at 11:30. Join us at Nike Park and make it a play date! Children must be accompanied by an adult. |

IMPACT MAGAZINE | | | Have you received your copy of IMPACT, the Y's new magazine? You probably received one in the mail recently and we hope you will hang onto it because, in the middle of the magazine, you'll find a pull-out Program Catalog that lists the descriptions and locations of all spring and summer Y programs. Use the Program Catalog together with the Program Schedules that you'll find online on our branch website or, simply click on this link. The Program Schedules list all the program specifics like: dates, times, ages, locations, and registration. Do you have a wonderful Y story about how the Y has had an impact in your life? Do you want your story to be featured in IMPACT? Email letters@peninsulaymca.org, include your name, contact information and tell us your story. IMPACT will be published three times a year. |

Thank you to the many people that donated and purchased art at our first ever Art Show & Auction. The art show benefits the YMCA Strong Communities Annual Giving Campaign which provides financial assistance to those who might not otherwise be able to participate in vital Y programs.

This is a 12-week program designed to help you set fitness and nutrition goals. Open to members and non-members 16 and older. Program includes working with a wellness coach to design a persoanlized workout and nutrition plan for you. Follow-up weekly to chart your progress and refine your program for maximum results!
