Hello
Opps. It appears I missed an issue. September and October were extremely busy here. Can't believe it's the end of Ocober already. Watching hubby get stronger after bone marrow transplant and planning a family wedding for our daughter Heather in October. Life's a challenge. Hope everyone stayed better organized than I did!

GETTING ORGANIZED in 2010
|
Where is it?
How do you keep track of your family's stuff? Whether you are a family of one, two, four or more, having ONE place in your home where stuff collects is the key.
- Keep one calendar where all major family appointments and activities are noted
- Use a magnetic clip, clothespin, or thumbtack to post important reminders
- Establish a container for each person where papers and things can collect
At the very least, establish a place where you can put the mail and "stuff" until you have time to go through it. Define this area as a "landing pad" for your things.

Staying organized is all about containing. When you set boundaries with containers, you gain control of the clutter.

GOOD TIPS, READS & LEADS
HOLIDAY TIME PREPARATIONS
November is a good time to start thinking about NEXT holiday season. As you bring out decorations and entertaining supplies, while you put away the seasonal toys and tools, take time to do a little purging. Label boxes, clean supplies, toss broken items. You will be glad you spent time in 2010 when November 2011 rolls around.
