Greetings!
Wow! What a month it has already been. It was interesting for me listening to the speeches of both President candidates, once the results were announced. They both did a beautiful job of emphasizing hope, and working together as a country. It is certainly a time when we need hope.
And November is the month for Thanksgiving. The angels message this month gives thanks for the miracle of You!
I am grateful for your connection, sharing and support. Thank you!

| Message from the Angels
"The angels celebrate this time of hope upon the earth. So, just for a moment , let go of your worries, and rejoice in the moment of NOW. For right now you are a beautiful child of God, who is loved and supported and surrounded by angels to assist you on your earthly journey.
When the future seems overwhelming, bring your focus back to the present day, the present moment, and notice the miracles all around you.
- Notice there is a beautiful moon radiating light
- Listen to music which stirs your soul
- Meet with a friend who uplifts your heart
- Eat a food you like and savor every bite
- Give thanks for the miracle of your body--your heart beating, your lungs breathing, your senses
- Give thanks every day
For the more you notice and appreciate miracles, the lighter your heart will feel.
We, your angels, give thanks for you. Thank you for the gift of you.
And we send you love."

Ps. It is 11/11 today--an extra magical day to feel the presence of the angels near you. Remember your guardian angels are with you 24 hours a day to assist with anything--no matter how big or small. It is OK to ask for help!

| Reiki for Kids |

One of the things I am grateful for is the children in our lives. I was blessed to teach a Reiki class for kids. There were four girls, all with big hearts and a desire to help other people and animals.
It made my heart smile to see them doing reiki on each other and asking " Does that feel better now?".
And we colored angels and fairies, and laughed and hugged.The girls loved pretty rocks and crystals--apparently Barbie does too!
One of the girls colored a picture of me with wings, and decided I was the "Angel Princess". That led to more hugs!
Perhaps we all need a little time to play and be a princess or prince for a while.
So, at times when the news is doom and gloom, I remember things like that day and give thanks my own children are healthy and well. Then my heart feels good once again.
