You may have felt like the butterfly within the cocoon--waiting, resting, growing. Now your wings are impatient to be released. Any impatience you feel is merely a sign, that you are ready to spread your wings in some way. Look within your heart. What part of you is ready to be released and transformed, into a further expression of joy? Release any worries and fears to your angels. We are always here for you, always loving you."
Love Your Angels
The angels have provided a meditation to help in your transformation process. Use this anytime you feel frustrated or need to experience more joy. Before you begin, think about what part of your life you wish to transform.
Butterfly Transformation Meditation:
"Imagine you are a butterfly, tucked away in a cocoon. At first, it is a safe warm place to grow. But as your wings grow the cocoon starts to feel too tight. It is time to shed those tight layers of the cocooon, so you may spread your wings. Release any worries fears or restrictions to your angels. Move your shoulders and feel the sense of light spaciousness wings would bring you. As you wiggle and struggle to exit, suddenly you are free. Spread your beautiful wings wide. Notice what your wings look like.
When you are ready, fly!! Notice your surroundings. What colors are the flowers? Your new world is filled with light and beauty everywhere.It is glorious to be so free.When you are ready to rest, gently float down to your favorite flower."
