Happy 2009!
I was just realizing as I typed in the number 30 above, that I have been producing these newsletters for more than a year, as they come out twice a month. It has been so much fun to use my creativity with them, and to get such great feedback from all of you!
This is a forum for you to write questions you might have, send recipes, or send in before and after pictures. All are welcome! And if you just want a little one on one with your WW leader, I am here for you. Thanks for being part of this wonderful journey and making me, and Weight Watchers a part of your life! |

The week of the 11th we will be looking at balancing our

RECIPES FOR THIS ISSUE
Several members sent in recipes recently and they all sound so good I had a hard time picking the ones I wanted to publish this issue. The first one is from the Best Eats cookbook from Laurie in Sonoma and the second one is a classic sent by Anita in Sonoma. Thank you both!!
The theme this week is Western it seems...

CASTING FAMILIES WITH OVERWEIGHT ISSUES FOR MAJOR CABLE NETWORK
We are in search of Families for a new docudrama for a major cable network. Ideally, at least two of the family members will be dealing with overweight issues. This is not necessarily a dieting show, so if you are content with the way you look and feel, great! If you are miserable because you have been trying to battle the bulge, that's fine too! We are looking for all aspects of dealing with being overweight.
These families should be outgoing, personable and wanting to share their stories. Whether you are happy at 300 pounds or miserable because you have just found out you have health issues due to your obesity, we want to hear what you are going through.
If you are the skinny one in the family, surrounded by overweight siblings and parents, we want to hear from you as well.
TO SUBMIT: Be sure to mention you heard about this from Jeff Gund at INFOLIST.com for priority consideration, and email ALL the information requested below to: mb2casting@yahoo.com Be sure to include: 1. Your Name. 2. Ages of people in your family. 3. City you live in. Your contact information: phone number and email address. 4. Please write a brief description why your family should be chosen for the show. 5. Recent family photo. 6. Be sure to mention you heard about this from Jeff Gund at INFOLIST.com for priority consideration!
