Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can I write the venue if it is missing from a pre-typed form?
Yes.  The venue (Commonwealth/State....County/City) is the most often missing item on a pre-typed notary certificate.   Write it in above the notarial statement.
 
Remember there are 7 Items of Standard Information In Every Notarial Act.
1.  Notarial statementquestion
2.  The date of the notarial act
3.  The place of the notarial act
4.  The expiration of the date of the notary's commission
5.  Notary's signature
6.  Notary registration number
7.  Notary's official seal (must be permanent and photographically reproducible)
