The Leadership and Innovation Series
Developing New Models of Leadership for Government and Non-Profit Managers
Leaders in non-profit and government sectors face many unique pressures to refocus their organizations in response to economic, political, social and technological challenges. Current models of leadership may not be serving these organizations effectively.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Whether you are a member of a quality team, a quality manager, or desire to obtain Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification for your own professional development, this blended learning opportunity-both classroom and online instructor led sessions is designed for you. Students successfully completing this training will receive their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and 3.36 CEUs. Training includes a mandatory 18-hour simulation project on three consecutive Saturdays.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
This four-week course combines lecture, working sessions, online exercises and practice exams to prepare individuals for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI). Attendance in this course counts toward the 35 hours of training required to register for the PMP exam.
