We are looking for a school district or school to collaborate with us in planning a FEARLESS SCHOOL LEADER Institute in your region.We will carry the workload and project management to create a co-planned event. The Institute/Conference/Seminar can be tailored to your needs - and has the potential to provide a revenue driving opportunity for your district or school to:
- Provide leadership in your region - for professional learning and training related to Fearless School Leadership.
- Provide low cost - high impact training and professional development for your teachers and educational leaders.
- Provide opportunities for your district to have national recognition as a leader in Fearless School Leadership training.
- Build morale and professional confidence in leadership initiatives in your school or district.

At this point in time we have a wide range of event type options for consideration. We are anticipating dates in the summer - July and August - depending on the needs and situation of our partnering school districts.

- Understand and utilize the four psychological needs in order to facilitate change
- Develop an action plan for raising teacher expectations and student achievement
- Develop an action plan for increasing teacher accountability while maintaining a positive school climate
- Create a clear picture of how to retool school teams in order to increase their effectiveness and influence student learning.
