You have witnessed the worst of economic times, including homes and jobs lost. Despite these hard times, many of you have come together in numbers and have given a gift of life to your fellow community members. We wanted you to know, those gifts you've given have helped a number of individuals suffering with infertility and loss. Because of your contributions and generous support bridges closing the infertility gap have been built. Your help has made a REAL difference and made dreams a reality.      Thank YOU so much for your contributions which have produced many amazing results in 2009. Meet Tina and Phillip who described their desire to start a family as an unquenchable thirst. Tina met Phillip when she was 5 years old and just "knew" throughout her life, she and Phillip were meant to be together.  Tina was diagnosed as a baby with Cystic Fibrosis (CF). She has had a lifelong struggle to keep herself in good physical shape. Having infertility coupled with CF seemed insurmountable to Phillip and Tina but they dreamed of having a family together. Your generous donations have made Phillip and Tina's dreams come true. After finding INCIID's scholarship program, Tina was cleared physically for pregnancy. Tina  and Phillip were matched with a clinic in Virginia and became pregnant with twins. Although their twins came a bit early in the midst of one of Virginia's biggest snow storms, their family is doing very well.  

 

     YOUR personal gifts of support toward mean so much to individuals like Jennifer and Kevin who have been trying to start their family for 6 years. After many tests, Jennifer and Kevin were told IVF would be their only hope of having a baby. Unlike so many other couples,  they considered themselves lucky  that their health insurance covered IVF (or so they thought). You can imagine the joy when their first IVF was a success; Jennifer was pregnant with boy-girl twins. You will also surely understand their despair when I tell you Jennifer lost her babies at 23 weeks. Instead of planning for the babies' shower, Jennifer and Kevin were planning the funeral for their son and daughter. Jennifer and Kevin found out shortly after the death of their babies, that the insurance coverage for IVF was a mistake. This young couple had no hope of trying again. But thanks to your individual support,  INCIID was able to step in and help Jennifer and Kevin who are waiting to be matched to a clinic.
