 An 8 cell embryo fertilized through ICSIINCIID is working with a National Media Outlet to conduct a survey targeting those who have used ICSI to attempt pregnancy.
We are looking for as many people as possible who have done the  ICSI procedure and who are willing to participate but we would like to especially encourage responses from people who have (or whose partners have) a diagnosis of severe oligozoospermia (<5-10 million sperm/ml) or non-obstructive azoospermia. 
The survey is anonymous. There is also an opportunity for consumers to be interviewed if you are willing to speak with the reporter writing the story.
