Meet Marc and Andrea, 1 of many who have received
an
IVF Scholarship and donated medical treatment.
It’s that time of year again. All the nonprofits have an outstretched hand. We all want your end-of-year donations. But before you decide to which worthy organization you will contribute, I’d like to tell you the story of Marc and Andrea and how INCIID helped them build their very special family through our IVF scholarship program.
Marc and Andrea have a long standing history of infertility and the pain it brings. Instead of putting their focus on themselves, Marc and Andrea work as youth ministers to abused and neglected children and teens.
Marc and Andrea suffered every month with the disappointment we all know and understand when there is no pregnancy. However instead of focusing on their personal dreams, they turned to the foster care system and soon learned of two little girls in need of a home. These children (ages 4 and 8) had been in foster care most of their young lives and couldn’t wait any longer for a forever family. So Marc and Andrea put aside their dreams and adopted these little ones. Together they have made a very loving family.
Andrea, however, still clung to the dreams of a pregnancy with her husband. After finding INCIID’s IVF scholarship program providing donated IVF treatments to those with financial need, they decided to send their application.
What’s so impressive about this couple wasn’t their high-powered jobs or their miraculous and compelling story. It was about their focus on others. Despite the pain of infertility, despite the hardships they witnessed with their ministry to abused and neglected children, despite their personal dream of a biological child, they reached out to help others and in the process found great love, reward and a different kind of family-building.
Here’s what Marc and Andrea say about INCIID and the quest to help infertile individuals and couples build a family.

While our work is highly respected and widely known, there are few organizations funding us. Our main source of funding is through individuals like yourself.
What would those who need us do, if there was no INCIID? Without individual support of generous donors, that could be a reality and INCIID with its first and ONLY national program for free IVF services would also be gone!
