Annual Membership Meeting
Pursuant to Article 4 of the Bylaws of the International Erosion Control Association, Inc., a Washington Corporation, the Annual Meeting of the Members for the transaction of business as may properly come before the meeting, shall be held in Dallas, Texas on Feb. 17, 2010 at 12:00 Noon at the Hilton Anatole Hotel. Any member who has business to be presented at this meeting is required to submit a request to present at this meeting stating the subject and business purpose of such a presentation. The Board of Directors will then consider this request for appropriate action. Such a request must be filed in the offices of the corporation before Jan. 15, 2010 for inclusion in this meeting.
