Where are you on your personal confidence scale?
 
Confidence is about assurance: freedom from doubt; belief in yourself and your abilities; a feeling of trust (in someone or something) and a state of quiet hopefulness that events will be favourable.
 
What about the people who work with you? How confident are they in their own confident hopefulness that events will be favourable? How confident are you? Do you lead with a quiet confidence?
 
Confidence is also about certainty and clarity. Without certainty and clarity you can't be truly confident that events will be favourable. There are two ways to find confidence in the future: wait until the future comes then see what happens, or move forward by creating certainty and clarity by crafting the future you envision for yourself, your team and your business.
 
In 10 group sessions of 90 minutes each, The Best-Half, My Life Edition, creates certainty and clarity to generate personal confidence.
