Meet Our Loaned Executives
LE ad
Each year, a few generous companies "loan" employees to United Way to work on the fund-raising campaign. Many thanks to Anheuser-Busch, BAE Systems, Nashua Pride, St. Joseph Hospital, and Southeastern Container for providing Loaned Executives (LEs) this year. Thanks also to ControlAir, Monarch Instrument, and The Courville Company for jointly sponsoring two community-based LEs. View the ad featuring this year's LEs.

Merrimack's Bio-Diesel Crew Launches Video with Back to the Future Theme

The Merrimack Bio-Diesel Crew, a United Way-Youth Venture team, has put together an entertaining video about how they make bio-diesel fuel. The team was formed last year with a United Way-Youth Venture seed grant. Its mission is to raise awareness and use of carbon-neutral alternative fuels, and to promote energy conservation and recycling.

Thank you for helping United Way improve lives and strengthen communities throughout Greater Nashua.

Sincerely,

United Way of Greater Nashua

Day of Caring
DOC group-Community Council
About 325 volunteers turned out for the 16th Annual Day of Caring in Nashua on Sept. 12. Volunteers from 31 companies cleared brush, cleaned and painted agency facilities, delivered meals to homebound elderly, helped out at daycare programs, and accomplished much more throughout Greater Nashua's nonprofit community. Thanks to everyone who helped make the event a success.
