Identity and Power: This Summer with Teatro Americano
Last week signaled the end of Teatro Americano's 6-week Summer Theater Apprenticeships for 32 youth, wrapping up the summer with many wonderful performances of their original piece, including a showcase at the University of Chicago's new Logan Center and a debut with Chicago Shakespeare in the Park. Many apprentices will stay with us throughout the school year, but there is still room for some new faces in the fall program.
