Community Counseling Centers of Chicago Case Manager Needed
Located in the city of Chicago, we are respected throughout the Chicagoland area for our services to the community. An established behavioral healthcare agency with eight locations and a variety of service programs, Community Counseling Centers of Chicago, is seeking a Case Manager with client care experience.
Responsibilities will include interviewing and evaluating clients prior to the appointment. Additionally, the Case Manager will take all vital signs and enter information in computerized client record prior to psychiatric appointments.
Requirements include a Bachelors Degree and experience with client care, as well as ability to work cooperatively within the Agency and outside social service providers. As there will be work within the community as well, the Case Manager must maintain personal vehicle, valid IL driver's license, good driving record and vehicle insurance.

We are seeking a responsible, highly organized individual to join our urban initiative team to assist with community food system projects and urban agriculture training. At least three years of related experience is required. This position starts at 20 hours a week in April 2008 with the possibility of a full-time position with benefits by July 2008.
