Junior and senior boys basketball and football days might be swapped to have basketball on Saturday and Football on Sunday. It is all subject to fields and courts availability. We will confirm exact dates by 02/23.

Girl Scouts Updates
Last Friday, the MAS Tampa Girl Scouts went on a field trip to the Hallmark Emblems Badge factory. Our girl scout cookie sale has started. Look out for young girls selling cookies at the masjid in February and March Inshallah.
Girl Scout meeting place has moved to Al-Qassam Masjid.

Lighthouse Academy
Lighthouse Academy is a weekly Saturday school program for male & female students aged 11-14. The curriculum focuses on learning Arabic, but also includes Quran, and Islamic Studies! Weekly activities include sports, drama, robotics, sewing, cooking, and more!

MY Connect
As a perfect accompaniment to the new year, MAS Youth has established a new MY Connect group for the sisters and is accepting inquiries and applications for interested brothers. The MY Connect, currently serving 30 Tampa youth of both genders, is a program for Young Muslims who meet once a week in a halaqah setting, committing to a year of study and leadership development. They connect throughout the week to fulfill the program goals of comprehensive Islamic growth as related to spirituality, leadership, and activism.

The popular MAS Tampa Winter Basketball League is back! The League is for all brothers age 16+, and will run for eight consecutive Sundays at the Temple Terrace Rec Center.
