Make Hygiene Kits for Haiti!
Join Muslims Without Borders, Muslim Aid Australia, MAS Youth, the Muslim Student Association at USF, Sisters United Muslim Association, and Project Downtown as they make hygiene bags for Haiti this Sunday!
Sunday, December 19th - 4:00-7:30pm
Volunteers will meet at the Islamic Community of Tampa Peace House (Qassam Masjid) at 4:00pm to assemble thousands of hygiene kits that will be distributed at schools and survivor camps in Haiti over the winter holidays, in an effort to help stop the spread of cholera.

Open Spots in the Webelos Den:
The MAS Tampa Cub Scouts still has openings in its Webelos Den! There are about 6 spots available for interested 4th & 5th Grade Boys to join the den!
The Cub Scouts are also looking for Den Leaders for the Bears (3rd grade) and Tigers (1st grade) troops.
Leaders can be male or female.
If you would like to have your son join the Webelos Den or would like to become a Den Leader,

Lighthouse Academy Updates
Every Saturday over 40 middle school students come to the ICT/MAS Tampa Lighthouse Academy to learn Arabic & Islam and to have fun!
This semester's activities include sports, sewing, home economics, drama and robotics
This Saturday, December 19th, is the last day of this Lighthouse Academy semester. Next semester will begin January 8th inshAllah. |
Fall Basketball League!
The popular MAS Tampa Fall Basketball League is back! The League is for all brothers age 16+, and will run for eight consecutive Sundays at the Temple Terrace Rec Center.
