Hello Shoe Lovers!

Oh where, oh where has my sun gone! I just came back from Vegas (my dearest friend got married there) and it was 110 degrees and I come home to rain! Yuk! My toes want to be out in the sunshine! Although, my pedicure has worn off so my toes don't look so good. Please someone do a sun dance! (As I go to send this I see that soneone did do a dance! Thank you!!!)

My oh my do we ever have stuff going on this month! The Stilettoes on Parade art show is going to be awesome (June 22)! We received so many cool decorated shoes. There is one in particular that I have to have and I hope she will sell it to me. This weekend is the Oh!Shoes trunk show. The sexyhealthyheels shoe. At the end of the month, we have the Independents Sidewalk Sale on the Village Green in Fairhaven. That is my favorite day to work - I get to listen to great music, bask in the sun, and sell shoes!

We have a special treat this newsletter - we have a guest writer, Patrice who owns Lil' Beach Angels. She has some tidbits on children's fashions for summer. If anyone out there wants to be part of the newsletter, just drop me a note. We would love to have you! Take care all - enjoy June!!!

Adopt a Shoe of the Month

Lisa loves to play - any time anywhere! She is a breast cancer survivor and her remission story can be seen on her lining, but this doesn't stop her from having a good time - she is always ready to go. She loves both jeans and cute flouncy skirts. She was born in Brazil and is related to the Morenatom family. Adopt her soon - she wants to go out and play!

Stilettos on Parade Art Show
Friday, June 22

5PM - 10PM

In the spirit of Pigs on Parade in Seattle and Cows on Parade in Chicago we now have Stilettos on Parade in Bellingham. Local artists have decorated stiletto shoes which will be on display during the Fairhaven Gallery Walk on June 22nd. Come vote for your favorite shoe for the People's Choice Award. Awards will also be given to the Most Creative and the Gal's from 12th Street Shoes' Favorite. The decorated shoes are absolutely fantastic!!! Come enjoy these amazing works of art!
