When it rains, it pours and the month of July was no exception - in more ways than one. As we were seeking shelter from the torrential rains and drying out our flooded basement at work, we experienced a flood of a very different and much more exciting nature! 

Every year, Chicago Magazine compiles a "Best of Chicago" list for dining, shopping, arts & culture. This year, we are very honored and over the moon to be voted best wallpaper resource in Chicago. Thank you Chicago Magazine - we love you guys!

"Wallpaper is back, and Urban Source has the best selection of the bold, large-scale patterns everyone is loving right now. The store is a paradise of choices, stocking more than 300 patterns of paper and vinyl wallcoverings from big-name and hard-to-find brands, as well as a fun selection from independent studios around the world that may produce just one or two patterns. We especially like that sample pieces are hung on the walls rather than displayed in books, which makes browsing a joyful, if somewhat exhausting, experience. Mercifully, interior designers are on hand for guidance."

CS Interiors featured one of our

favorite design projects in their summer issue, and we were lucky enough to grace the front cover! The project was a collaboration between architect Greg Howe of Searl Lamaster Howe, Urban Source and our client, whose dynamic collection of art truly enhanced the space.
