Mark Cundiff joins Nautilus  We are pleased to announce that Mark Cundiff has joined us as Director of our South-East region. Mark, who will be based in our Atlanta office, has over 30 years of combined experience in the analysis and resolution of complex technical disputes on projects of all sizes. He is a seasoned expert in the forensic investigation of design and construction issues providing expert analysis, report preparation and testimony. Mark is also a Project Controls Professional actively involved in planning & scheduling, cost control and cost analysis of a wide range of project types.
Mark's experience and deep understanding of the design and construction process enables him to provide valuable advice and insight during case management, discovery, document control, data base management, graphics, settlement negotiation, mediation support, and expert testimony. He is comfortable in dealing with issues such as productivity, cost/quantum and forensic scheduling in Arbitration, Mediation, State and Federal Court and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Arbitrations.
Mark is a tested construction & project manager, having provided CM/PM services along with forensic project analysis to major contractors and owners on projects such as the UNCC Health Facility at Charlotte and the Fulton County Schools in North Atlanta. Other notable and representative projects include:
- The Croton Reservoir Project, Croton, NY;
- Brighton Beach Line Renovation, New York City Transit Authority;
- Schuylkill Expressway Renovation Project, Pennsylvania State Court of Claims;
- WMATA Shaw and U-Street Metro Stations; Federal Court, Washington DC;
- The New Women's Hospital in Doha, Qatar.
Mark has achieved the Certification of Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACEI), and is currently serving as an officer on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Engineering Foundation (GEF).
