Nautilus Consulting is pleased to announce that Robert Wilkinson has joined us as Managing Director.  Bob is a Licensed & Certified Construction Manager (LCM & CCM) with over 35 years of experience in all aspects of design and construction on major infrastructure programs worldwide. Drawing upon his extensive insight and a deep understanding of the problems inherent in complex construction projects, he will be able to offer expert opinion on issues arising before, during and after construction including matters relating to the Standard of Care in construction management & project administration, constructability of design documents, capital planning & budgeting, and cost & schedule control.

Bob has worked as a construction management project director, project manager, general contractor, project controls & scheduling expert and construction contracts expert.  He routinely takes the lead in managing difficult negotiations between contractors and owners in often adversarial situations, with the bulk of his project experience being in rail, water & wastewater and airports.  Four (4) of the projects under Bob's management each had a construction cost in excess of $1 Billion.
