Mystery object game!

Mystery Image for August 2009
Just click on the picture to enter your guess. If that doesn't work,
email your answer to

Each month we will post a mystery picture from the museum. All you need to do is click on it to tell us what it is. We will draw a winner from all the correct answers. The winner will receive a $10 gift certificate to our museum store and a Family Pass. Use it for your next visit or give it to someone who's never visited!

We had many great guesses. However, no one quite managed to identify last month's mystery object. The photo was a close-up section of our crawl-through caterpillar in Mrs. Moen's Neighborhood.

We will announce this month's winner in our next Museletter. Good Luck!

The Store continues to have Leonardo merchandise! Among the fun items we have are:

  • T-shirts for adults and kids
  • fun jewelry
  • flip books with a smiling Mona Lisa and a Vitruvian man pumping iron
  • 4 different woodkits (we just reordered for the 3rd time)
  • Mona Lisa clock
  • books about Leonardo. We have to keep re-ordering these because they're flying off the shelves like ping pong balls out of a catapult!
