MAMMOTH MURAL ON DISPLAY
Come view our life-size mammoth mural painted by local artist Lee Jamison. The 15-foot by 26-foot mural, which took Jamison nearly one month to complete, opened for display at the end of July. The mural features what experts believe the Columbian Mammoths looked like 60,000 years ago and is located just down the hall from our famed Mammoth Display. The detailed mural features a 14-foot-tall male mammoth painted to scale overlooking Waco’s Lover’s Leap cliff.
