"My passion is working with programs, schools and services that provide assistance to diverse families. I enjoy working in the area of challenging and difficult family dynamics; I enjoy the work with the programs and the opportunity to promote the effective and significant changes they are providing as a leader in their industry.
Over the years, and as an educational/therapeutic consultant, I typically end up dealing with many different types of programs, schools and services. As a evaluation consultant, it is my intention to help programs understand what's happening in the industry, and with families and children / students, and guide them to being the very best they can be at offering and specializing in their specific field of assisting those in need."
Frances adds, "Having worked in educational / therapeutic consulting for all of these years, some of the best programs are the ones that carve out their uniqueness and continue to be creative and grow. This is what makes them so powerful and effective. My intention is to show that many programs are available for parents and referring professionals and not just the handful they seem to find on the Internet. These evaluations will be available in a publication as well as online to associates, counselors, educators, financial institutions, health care providers, parents and other referring professionals. "
