A new Handbook is being written and your comments, feedback and suggestions are needed.  Many parents are not receiving the services they are entitled to by law for their child; and, many professionals have been unable to obtain services that their clients / parents are entitled to. This handbook is being written in direct response to many parents and this 3 minute survey will provide us with additional comments, feedback and suggestions.
