About "FAMILY SOLUTIONS TODAY"
Dore PG 2007
Dore E. Frances, PhD

"Family Solutions Today"
has been a dream of mine for many years.

The show actually started in June 2009 as the "Troubled Teen Help" radio show. Since that time the show has gained popularity in many areas with many guests all wanting to collaborate and share information for parents.

Being able to offer all of these professional resources is such an honor.

Many families today all across the United States, Canada and the European countries are challenged with all kinds of crisis moments, from the very small to the most complex.

"Family Solutions Today"
addresses such issues as: adolescent transport services; adolescent treatment programs; helping tweens and teens through creative writing; pregnant and parenting teens; parenting the defiant teenager; the important of academies; interventions; equine assisted therapy; securing financing for residential placement; in-home support services; learning challenges; saving teens in crisis; online security; middle school boys; the transition into adulthood; wilderness programs; adventure therapy; holistic treatments; attachment issues; self-injury and many of the other everyday concerns families face.

All of our guests are informative and bring to you each Monday beneficial information. Please join me, your host, Dore Frances, and the many "Family Solutions Today" guests.

The program airs live every Monday at 12 noon PST.  Please feel free to call in during the live show with your comments, questions and suggestions - 1-323-203-0815.  Please go to www.latalkradio.com to listen live during this time.

Willow's acknowledgment of the cause of her grief--that she'll never be anyone's daughter again--is a sharp insight, and Hoban's appropriately complex portrayal of cutting makes this a good choice on a crucial subject.
