|
Greetings!
Currently there are 14 states that have legalized marijuana for medical purposes.
12 of the 14 states require proof of residency to be considered a qualifying patient for medical marijuana use. Only Oregon and Montana have announced that they will accept out-of-state applications. Home cultivation is not allowed in New Jersey or the District of Columbia and a special license is required in New Mexico. Private information about our users, including names, email addresses, contact information, and other personal data are NOT shared, marketed, sold, or otherwise distributed to any outside party or parties, including the government.
