Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems |

 If your vehicle is a 2008 model year or newer it has a tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS). These systems alert you of a drop in tire pressure.
TPMS systems assist in lowering maintenance costs, reducing fuel use and extending tire tread life.
A properly inflated tire provides greater stability, handling and breaking. Tires with low air pressures skid and hydroplane more easily.
We invite you to stop by anytime if your TPMS light comes on. As temperatures start to fluctuate air pressures in your tires change. Checking your vehicles tire pressures regularly is very important.
Tire pressure monitoring systems became mandatory in 2008. If your vehicle is older than 2008 a system to monitor your tires is extremely important. At Swedish Motors we check tire pressures every time your vehicle comes into the shop.
