Dr. Schmidt's Cholesterol Revealed!

Dr. Schmidt eats burgers, sausages, chicken with the skin, steaks, and eggs.  He fries in butter, lard, puts olive oil on salads and mixes canned tuna with mayo.  He eats lots of vegetables and some nuts, seeds and fruit.  He's been eating this way since the summer of 2000.
 
In June of this year, the blood tests showed his cholesterol is only 159. His triglycerides are only 42.  These are very low numbers.  Why are they so low?  These numbers are low BECAUSE HE EATS THIS WAY. Eating fat and protein lowers your cholesterol.
 
He does not eat low-fat muffins, bagels, bread, pasta, cereal, sweets or grains. These cause cholesterol to go up... in everybody... eventually.
 
We had a woman who dropped her cholesterol from over 500 to normal in three months by adding meat and fat into her diet and stopping the muffins.  We just had a guy raise his cholesterol over 100 points by going to a low-fat, low-cholesterol grain-based diet that the MD's recommended.  It works every time like this.  That's the way the body is set up.  Unfortunately, clinicians and nutritionists who recommend the low-fat, low cholesterol diets are driving your cholesterol up. Then they drug it down. Not a smart way to go.
