We ask that you have your vet sign a simple form stating we can test your pet using Nutrition Response Testing. These forms are available at the front desk. Or, you can sign a similar waiver allowing us to recommend supplements for your animal.

Before coming to Nutritional Healing Center of Ann Arbor "I had extreme heel pain that initially prompted me to seek Dr. Schmidt's help in addition to general struggle with losing weight and consistent eye infections. Now, I feel 90% better on any given day! The heel pain is reduced to occasional discomfort and the pain management direction is encouraging.
