Before I came to The Nutritional Healing Center of Ann Arbor "I was fatigued and mentally foggy. It was so bad, I was beginning to think I needed anti-depressants. Although I was taking (synthetic) B-Complex, I tested for vitamin B deficiency and my heart was weak. Now, I have good energy, can think clearly and remain focused. I was able get off 2 prescriptions that I was on for years and now I'm weaning off a third. Prior to visiting NHCAA I had: "Frequent urination and throbbing lower back pain. I could not drive for more than an hour and a half without stopping to urinate. The pain in my lower back would be unbearable. I would wake in the middle of the night in pain (lower back) because I had to urinate. Bowel movements were irregular and inconsistent. Sometimes, I would go three or more days without a bowel movement. Sometimes, this caused abdominal discomfort. Scars in my abdomen as well as groin caused a great deal of discomfort and limited activities. Within 2 weeks of starting the program, my kidneys were working much better. I am rarely in discomfort in my lower back and am able to sleep through the night. I have recently traveled by car several hours per day with normal rest stops and very little discomfort. My bowel movements have become more regular. I almost always have at least one per day - usually 3 or more. The pain from my scars has been dramatically reduced. I have been able to play tennis and engage in other activities that would have left me in severe pain in both my groin and abdomen. I am eating better and generally sleeping better."
