Depression and Digestion Improvement In Six Weeks
 

"I had problems with constipation for as long as I can remember, as well as bloating and inability to lose weight. I had depression and a high level of anxiety. Depending upon what I ate for breakfast I sometimes had episodes of hypoglycemia where I felt sweaty and shaky and had to immediately eat to relieve these feelings.

Now, the constipation is completely gone. Depression and anxiety are much less. I still feel anxious at times in response to situations, but I don't feel this general and constant anxiety I used to have. I've lost 2-3 pounds and my stomach is measurably flatter. No episodes of hypoglycemia since I cut out sugar, which I used to eat a lot of daily."
