Before getting on the plane, do some extra Phosfood to keep your blood thinner to help with "coach class blood clots", due to sitting too long in a small area. You can also do some extra Echinacea Premium to boost your immune system.( Wash your hands a lot, too). Mintran or Min  Chex can help with anxiety/stress. Antronex is great to take to help with bad ear problems/pain associated with flying.

Headed out of the country? Worried about parasites? Take 2 Zypan with every meal. This should provide enough Hydrochloric Acid to digest them and keep them away!! A Few Zymex II per meal can help, too. Be good with your diet!

Be careful hauling your luggage around. Don't overstrain your low back. Sleeping on the plane and in different beds can definitely wrench your neck. If you're feeling out of sorts after the trip, come see Dr. Shannon or Dr. Mark for some chiropractic care.

The Nutritional Healing Center   Travel Tips for your winter  getaways!
Hi Everybody!

Thanks for taking the time to check out our newsletter! Here are a few useful travel tips.

Enjoy!

Travel Tip #1 - [Packing]
When packing supplements, I fill the large pill holders and I take my "must haves" in my purse in case luggage is lost. If traveling out of the country, you may want to pack the bottles, even sealed to prevent any possible trouble with customs, etc...  .
Travel Tip #2 - [Weather]
Aaahhh, Nice weather! Protect yourself from the inside out with Cataplex F Perles. (calcium and flax oil).Approx. one month before travel begin taking 6-8 Cataplex F perles daily to prepare yourself for the wonderful sunshine. When there, take 8 F perles if you are headed to the beach or ocean all day. If you're inside or shopping, etc, just take 3-4 that day. I also take my Coconut oil to protect and moisturize my skin. I never burn (granted- don't get out there for 8 hours right away!)
and I keep my "savage" tan longer and I tan easier. I also take extra Calcium Lactate to " cool off" my nice glow. Eight after sunbathing is perfect!
Travel Tip #3 - [Snow info]
Hitting the slopes? One month before leaving, start taking Ferrofood. One per day. This is our great source of iron and will actually keep you warmer. You can also take 8-10 Cataplex E2 for oxygenation assistance with the higher altitudes. Also, read my sun info. The sun really reflects off the snow.  Be careful!! If you do take a spill and sprain or break something  :( , 6-10 Biost and Cal-ma plus will help healing of broken bones and 6-8 Cataplex ACP, and 6-10 Ligaplex One will help sprains.

   GREAT   NEWS!!!

Dr. Shannon will start staying late on Tuesday nights to help you with your schedules, starting Jan. 8th.  The last app't will be at 6:30 pm.  Hope this helps you!
