Greetings! Happy new year! This newsletter is a collection of information that has been gathering awhile. Please enjoy it. The first paragraph is a little history of Vitamin B4. Why is there no Vitamin B4 in your B-complex supplement from the health food store? In the early 1900's the first vitamin discovered was Vitamin B1. After that, Vit. A, Vit. C, Vit. B2 were discovered. By the time vitamin B4 was discovered, Vitamin B1 was synthsized in a lab. It was now available as a supplement to be sold for profit! Everyone was super excited to make money this way and that's why B4 was completely ignored... Except by one man, Dr. Royal Lee, the founder of Standard Process. B4 is the anti-paralysis vitamin. If someone's heart stops beating suddenly, that's a deficiency of vitamin B4. If you want the complete B-complex including B4, buy it from us. It's called "Cataplex B". It does wonders for muscle, nerve and digestion function. It oftentimes resolves depression. It is one of the top selling products that Standard Process offers. |

Poop talk ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The normal number of bowel movements per day is
three, anything less than that is "constipation".
Each time you eat food, there is a natural reflex to
eliminate the old food. The reflex occurs within
thirty minutes.
I have talked with many people and most think that only
one bowel movement is normal. I have two unique fiber
supplements to fix the intestines. They work better
than regular fiber products because they heal the
intestinal wall whereas fiber products just push
waste out. If you don't get three bowel movements a
day, it wold be beneficial to get that fixed.

Flouride and Floaters ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dangers of flouridated water confirmed...
On November 9, 2006, the American Dental Association
(ADA)
finally admitted that fluoride levels in common tap
water
could be dangerous for infants. The ADA recommended
that
fluoridated water should not be mixed into concentrated
formula or foods intended for babies. The ADA's
announcement comes on the heels of a National Research
Council report that revealed fluoridation's adverse
effects to
the thyroid gland, diabetics, kidney patients, high
water
drinkers and others.

What are those floaters in your vision? When dots and squiggly lines appear in your vision, that is a sign of small parasites swimming around in your eyes. Gross, huh? But it's true. Conventional medicine does not recognize this yet, nor is there a medical treatment. However, you can take care of it with a nutrition/herbal approach as several of our patients have experienced relief from it. Call us if you want a resolution from this condition.

Sugar and Pop ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here is two weeks' worth of candy handed out to one
of my
patients in middle school. How much
candy is being passed out to your child in school?
If you are going to give out candy for a special
event, only offer it to your enemies. Give it to
the people you want to see suffer and die an early
death. Do not give it to people you care about.
Believe it or not, high fructose corn syrup found in
pop is not very sweet. That's why there is tons of
it in one can. It takes a lot of that glucose to
get to a certain sweet level. That's why pop is so
deadly- the enormous amounts of glucose. If the
manufacturers used a sugar that was better quality,
you could get the same sweet taste using only a
fraction of the glucose. Quality sugars are not
used because high
fructose corn syrup is extremely cheap.

Upcoming Seminars- featured speaker ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We have a great schedule of seminars coming up. Dr.
Dicks is giving one on Monday called "Lick the Sugar
Habit." This was the most well-attended seminar I
have given at Whole Foods. The average American
gains seven pounds during the holidays. If you
gained weight or crave sugar, come to this seminar.
