Greetings! The answer lies in the words of Dr. Royal Lee. |

54 years ago today... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dr. Royal Lee from Standard Process Vitamins said, "One of the
biggest tragedies of human civilization is the precedence of
chemical therapy over nutrition. It's a substitution of artificial
over natural, of poison over food, in which we are feeding
people poison in trying to correct the reactions of starvation."
January 12, 1952
In June of 1943, Dr. Lee also said, "We have drifted into this deplorable position of national malnutrition quite inadvertently. ...It is the result of scientific research with the objective of finding the best ways to create foods that are nonperishable that can be made by mass production methods in central factories and distributed so cheaply that they can sweep up the market. Then, after there develops a suspicion that these 'foods' are inadequate to support life, modern advertising steps in to propagandize the people into believing that there is nothing wrong with them. That they are the product of scientific research... intended to afford a last word on nutritive value. The confused public is totally unable to arrive to any conclusion of fact and continues to blindly buy the rubbish that is killing them years ahead of their time."

A research finding on breast cancer. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In a study conducted in 1991-1993, 4,700 American women
were examined in an effort to find a cause of breast
cancer. The results were published in a book called "Dressed
to Kill" in 1995. "Bra-free women were shown to have about
the same incidence of breast cancer as men, while those who
wear a bra 18-24 hours daily have over 100 times greater
incidence of breast cancer than do bra-free women. This link
was 3-4 times greater than that between cigarettes and lung
cancer!" For more information, you can get the book:

Two causes of insomnia/sleep apnea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One cause of insomnia is a low-functioning heart. You know
this is occurring if you wake up in the night and have to
move
your legs or kick your feet. It feels like your legs are
swollen and heavy with fluid. This is an indication that your
heart is too weak to pump blood throughout the whole body.
As a result blood moves too slowly through the legs and you
wake up from it. There is no drug that fixes this. It can only
be handled properly with nutrition.
Another situation is sleep apnea. It is caused by a low- functioning nervous system. The sleep center at the back of your brain and brain stem is deficient in certain nutrients. This causes a slight "Alzheimer's" reaction where the nervous system forgets to keep breathing at night. A person may stop breathing once every five minutes all night long. If this is left untreated nutritionally, then the next thing that goes is recall of memory. There is no drug that cures the cause of this. Only nutrition reverses this. The nutrient that is known to have handled this cause is in some health food stores.

You can do something about it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What is your main health concern? How is it affecting your
life? Does it prevent sleep? How does it affect your
relationships at home and at work? How will it be in three
years if you do nothing about it? How will it be in three
years if you drug it? Something effective can be done about
it. Usually the answer is nutritional. If it's not, I'll let you
know.
