Theater Auditions and Audition Packet 

Theater Auditions are coming up next week for the fall and winter theater productions. 

 

Wednesday, August 15, 4 - 7 p.m. 

(vocal and acting)

AND 

Thursday, August 16, 4 - 7 p.m. 

(dance PLUS additional vocal and acting)

AND

Friday, August 17, 4-6 p.m. 

(callbacks for specific students)

Middle School All-Student Check-In

 

What is Middle School check-in?

 

Check-in is an opportunity for students to move into their lockers. Each student will receive a EWS pencil bag and a planner, which have conveniently been placed in each student's locker. Ms. Power will be at the Middle School front desk to assist with locker combinations and schedules as needed. Blue Books (the EWS calendar in book form) will also be available for parents at the MS front desk during check-in. We only have enough Blue Books to offer 1 per family. Any family with an MS student should plan on picking one up on the Middle School side instead of the Upper School side.

 

When is Middle School check-in?

 

7th and 8th grade students - Monday, August 13 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 4 p.m.   

 

6th grade students - Monday and Tuesday, August 13-14 during Kick-off  

 

6th grade students will be able to check-in during the 6th Grade Kick-Off on August 13-14. 6th grade parents are welcome to pick up a Blue Book at the Middle School front desk when they drop off or pick up their student for the Kick-Off. If your student is unable to attend kick-off, they are welcome to come during 7th and 8th grade check-in. 

Upper School All-Student Check-In

 

Upper School Check-in will be held Monday, August 13 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 4 p.m.  

 

At this time, students can move into their lockers. All lock combinations will be posted on Edline. Each student has an EWS planner and their class schedule already in their locker. Ms. Rothenbach will be in the Upper School office to collect forms during Check-in hours. Blue Books (the EWS calendar in book form) will also be available for parents at this time. We only have enough Blue Books to offer 1 per family. Any family with an MS student should plan on picking one up on the Middle School side instead of the Upper School side.
